This time available in a pack of 3 feminised seeds instead of the usual 5-seed pack like the other ‘limited drops by Antonio’ from Dutch Passion.

The strain is a cross of Antonio’s Slurmint mother. This was originally from Inhouse Genetics, consisting of Slurricane x Slurmint (Slurricane x Platinum Kush Mints), which also forms the basis for the Slush Mint Cake, but this time crossed with Antonio’s Sour Tropicana Cookies BX1 (originally from Oni Seeds).

The Slurmint mother has super-compact buds, is extremely potent and features a penetrating gas and candy-like profile. The Sour Tropicana Cookies is also gassy and diesel-like with very sour fruity tones. The combination hits the bullseye!

Together with the purple accents in the buds, Slurricane Cookies creates a truly beautiful appearance and a flavourful terpene profile. Plant structure, growing performance and flowering time: Slurricane Cookies flowers quickly and delivers a high XL yield

Slurricane Cookies really is easy to grow. She performs well in a natural grow or, if you have the knowledge and skills, in a SCROG setup where you can achieve the absolute highest yields.

In this cross you will sometimes find slightly varying phenotypes in appearance. This is due to the genetic differences between the two parent strains — one clearly more of an indica-dominant hybrid, the other slightly more sativa-dominant. Overall, the two different genetic lines complement each other perfectly. Apart from appearance, there can sometimes be small differences in both plant and bud structure.

As a result, some plants will show more of the visual traits of the Sour Tropicana BX1 parent, which brings purple accents to the flowers and a slightly more elongated, open bud structure. But never fluffy — for a sativa hybrid, the mother usually produces fairly compact cannabis flowers.

Thanks to her relatively strong stretch phase during 12/12, Slurricane Cookies is very well suited for SCROG setups. She can also be grown using other techniques such as mainlining, LST, HST or (super)cropping.

She produces medium-sized plants with good stretch during the cannabis flowering phase. The flowering time averages between 8 and 9 weeks, but some plants can be ready to harvest in about 7.5 weeks — especially when grown under perfect conditions. Ideally, grow her between 20–27°C (max 29°C). In the late flowering phase, it is recommended to keep humidity low, because the buds can become rock-hard!

Slurricane Cookies seeds generally produce plants with hard, compact buds covered in a solid layer of trichomes. Some phenotypes look completely snowed under — they are that white! The buds become quite hard and, thanks to the favourable flower-to-leaf ratio, are easy to manicure.

In terms of terpenes, this strain is highly recommended. She has a penetrating aroma that most closely resembles gas and diesel combined with sour, fruity tones. Tangie-like citrus fruit notes are often recognisable. The more doughy, creamy profile usually sits in the background. Sometimes you’ll find phenotypes that are simultaneously sweet, sour, fruity and gassy — very complex and truly delicious to smoke or vape.

The flavour strongly matches the smell: dominant gas/diesel with sour, fruity tones. Only in a few phenotypes will you taste a creamier, doughy profile.

The high is genuinely powerful. With an average THC level of around 22-25%, she is strong enough for more experienced growers and smokers. The hybrid effect is strongly present both physically and mentally, but without couch-lock. Thanks to the right level of sativa genetics in this cross, she remains a more euphoric, uplifting high. Very pleasant.
