Proven genetics, strong plants with high yields

Sherblato Cake was created by crossing Sherbet with Ice Cream Cake (Wedding Cake x Gelato 33). This cross uses the same proven Sherbet mother that Antonio used for the 420 feminised limited drop in 2024 for both Sherbelato Cake and Sour Tropicana Sherbet cannabis seeds.

This reliable mother consistently produces plants that are easy to grow; strong, vigorous, large, and high-yielding. The plants have a medium-to-large structure and are extremely well-suited for SCROG grows.

When grown naturally, some plants show an open Christmas-tree-like structure, while others stay more compact. The branches are flexible and bounce back easily, making mainlining and (super)cropping techniques very effective throughout the grow cycle. Cropping creates thick knots on the stem, which results in those blooms becoming very large and chunky. The average flowering time for this regular strain is around 60-65 days.

White buds with a complex flavour and a powerful hybrid high

Sherblato Cake regular cannabis seeds typically produce a hybrid plant structure. The branches are strong yet flexible and, under the right conditions, support large, heavy, white flowers.

In the hands of an experienced grower, this strain can deliver exceptionally high yields. Especially when grown under strong LED lights and preferably using the SCROG method.

The buds usually turn very white, feature nice orange pistils and have relatively few small sugar leaves. The sugar leaves that do appear are covered in trichomes and make excellent material for making dry-sift hash or other hash concentrates. The aroma of this strain is slightly more subtle (less overpowering) than the other varieties in this line — which some growers will see as an advantage. Most plants produce a lightly sour, herbal scent complemented by creamy fruity notes.

In terms of flavour, the buds are quite complex: a zesty, fruity profile sits in the foreground, with a creamy, doughy background. Some phenotypes lean towards a more herbal aroma and taste, with just a light fruity touch. The high from this strain is very powerful and can really hit hard.

With THC levels between 20-25%, it delivers a long-lasting and pleasant effect. This is a true hybrid Indica-Sativa high, showing both strong physical and mental characteristics. It’s perfect for all-day use, whether in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
