Our seeds are primarily intended as collector’s items or souvenirs. Yes, really – some people collect stamps, others collect seeds ?

If you choose to germinate our seeds, you are fully responsible for checking and complying with your local laws and regulations. These vary greatly between countries (and sometimes even within regions), so make sure you’re in the clear before doing anything green.

Dutch Passion BV is based in the Netherlands, where the sale of cannabis seeds is legal. In other countries, different laws apply – and we have no control over that. We sell our seeds on the condition that you, the customer, are aware of and act according to the laws in your own country or region.

In short: if it’s legal – enjoy! If not – better to keep the seeds safely tucked away in the original packaging and admire them as a stylish collector’s piece ?
