US customers: Please order directly from Dutch Passion USA.
Argentinian customers: Please order directly from Dutch Passion Argentina.
Canadian customers: We do not currently ship directly to Canada.
All other countries: If we cannot ship directly to your country, you may still be able to purchase Dutch Passion products through one of our official international dealers.

Yes, the packing is very discreet. There is nothing on the exterior of the package to indicate what the contents are.
When will my package be delivered

We offer 2 types of shipment; standard- and express delivery. With standard delivery your order will be send through the normal posting systems. Delivery through Europe can take 1 to 15 business days, depending on your country and location. With express delivery we offer a shipping time of 1 to 3 business day(s) for almost every location in the European Union. (remote areas, such as locations on mountains or islands, can take longer than usual)

Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box address?

Yes, we can deliver to a PO Box if you select normal shipment, for express shipment this option is not available.

Why do the prices change when I update my country in the shopping cart? VAT rules from July 2021

Due to adjusted regulations within the European Union, we will apply the local VAT rate for many countries from 01-07-2021. Our website is not yet fully optimized for this. The price that the customer has to pay will only be displayed correctly, once the correct destination country has been entered on the checkout page. We are currently working on a solution so that the correct prices are displayed on the website upon arrival. Our basic prices are based on 21% VAT (Dutch rate). From 01-07-2021 we charge a different VAT rate for delivery to the following countries. If your destination country is not listed below, you pay the standard rate (21%):
