How do I cancel an order?
Can I see the current status of my order?
You can see the current status of your order when you login to your account. Additionally, everybody receives an email from Dutch Passion confirming the order and giving you a unique order reference code. If you select tracked delivery you will also get a tracking number which allows you to monitor the delivery. Without tracked delivery you have to wait for the mail to arrive in the usual way.
How does the package look like?
All seeds are shipped in a plane discreet packaging without any details of your order. Sender address on the package will be: DP BV in Maastricht
How do I know Dutch Passion has received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation after you made the order. And you will receive a payment confirmation after your payment has come through successfully.
Do I receive a confirmation email after I place an order?
Yes you receive a confirmation email after you have placed an order on our website.
Do I receive a confirmation after I made the payment?
Yes you receive a payment confirmation after you have placed an order on our website.
How do I order from Dutch Passion?
Go to www.dutch-passion.com, set your desired language and browse our products. After you made your selection you can add the products to your online shopping basket. Then please continue with the steps that are given for payment options
Can I change the order after payment?
Once payment has been taken the order will be automatically arranged and shipped. If you wish to change your order please do so before finalising payment.
Can I change payment after I completed the order?
No. Once the payment method has been selected and applied the order is automatically processed. If you have chosen banktransfer or cash payment and you want to change the payment method, please place a new order. Unpaid orders will be deleted automatically after a few weeks.
Can I change my address after I made the order?
No. Once the order has been submitted the order is automatically processed. Please ensure the correct mailing address before completing the order.

Why do the prices change when I update my country in the shopping cart? VAT rules from July 2021
Due to adjusted regulations within the European Union, we will apply the local VAT rate for many countries from 01-07-2021. Our website is not yet fully optimized for this. The price that the customer has to pay will only be displayed correctly, once the correct destination country has been entered on the checkout page. We are currently working on a solution so that the correct prices are displayed on the website upon arrival. Our basic prices are based on 21% VAT (Dutch rate). From 01-07-2021 we charge a different VAT rate for delivery to the following countries. If your destination country is not listed below, you pay the standard rate (21%):
