Four plants from a recent Ice Cream Haze feminised seed test grow were checked for THC by the independent analytical lab ‘Sativanalisis’. Results showed THC levels of 20% to over 27%.

With terpene levels at 0.97%, with 27.3% THC this phenotype packed a real punch. Typical terpene level in average strains are often around 0.5-0.75%. The terpene content of just under 1% in this phenotype is therefore impressive.

Many buy Ice Cream Haze cannabis seeds for the assured potency, 27% THC levels are only achieved by the most brutally powerful and stable lines. But an array of minor cannabinoids is also on show, with CBG (0.6%), CBC (0.4%), CBD, THCV and CBN all present.

Ice Cream Haze leans heavily toward sativa features, with large leaves and the signature cone-shaped frosty buds. Thanks to the Ice Cream Cake influence, you'll see some phenotypes that show more hybrid vibes. This often results in denser flowers and a slightly quicker finish. Expect flowering to finish in 8-10 weeks - that’s swift for a Haze-dominant variety of this quality level.

Indoors, plants typically stretch for 2.5 - 4 weeks after flipping to 12/12 (the cannabis bloom phase). This makes Ice Cream Haze a good candidate for both Sea of Green (SOG) and/or Screen of Green (SCROG) methods. Either can help you unlock heavy harvests. In ideal outdoor/greenhouse setups, plants can soar to 3 meters tall (and nearly as broad), cranking out over 1 kg / 2 lbs of dried buds per plant with proper care. Your buds will be blanketed in sparkling trichomes—white, sticky and aromatic. Short-to-medium spacing between the plant nodes allows the branches to pack on weight, with colas fusing into plump, hefty clusters. 

Main blooms can stretch 25-50cm/1-2ft when left to grow naturally, they often need support to prevent them collapsing under their own weight. Remember you can control height via topping or fimming (cannabis high-stress training) in the veg growth phase, plus low-stress techniques like LST or SCROG for better control.
