Can I pay with credit card?
Yes, if you are living in the European Union, you can pay with Mastercard and Visa. After selecting the option to pay by creditcard you will be taken to the environment of our payment service provider. Here you need to enter your card number, expiration date and the cvc (Card Verification Code) to complete the payment.
Can I pay with banktransfer?
Yes you can transfer money through your bank to our bankaccount. After placing the order you need to transfer the exact amount to our bankaccount (IBAN: NL62 RABO0126880565) with your order number as the description.
Can I pay with cash?
Payment in cash. Please send the the total amount of your order to the following address: DP - Postbus 147 - 6200AC MAASTRICHT - The Netherlands. Please mention your order number and your name on a letter/card accompanying your payment. Please remember to hide the cash very well in the envelope. Sending cash by post is not 100% safe, sometimes money does get stolen by the workers of mail companies. By choosing this payment method you accept the risk of money getting stolen. Even registered shipments are not 100% safe. Sending coins is not recommendable. Only payments in Euros will be accepted.
Can I pay with iDEAL?
Yes, you can pay with Ideal. After selecting iDEAL as payment option you can select the bank you are with. After this step you will be guided to your banks environment to complete the payment.
Can I pay with Bancontact / Mister Cash
Yes, you can pay with Bancontact. After selecting Bancontact as a payment method you can click the link to start the payment with Bancontact. Here you can scan a QR code with your Bancontact app or you can fill in your data to complete payment.
Can I pay after I have received my order?
Yes, you can only pay afterwards if you live in the Netherlands or Belgium otherwise payments after receiving your order are not possible. You can pay with Billink if you add your Phone number, birthdate and again your housenumber.
What should I do if my payment has failed?

What is the fastest payment method?
All online payment systems are fast and easy. The only slow payment method is if you send cash through the post. This can take a week or two to reach us. Always send cash by recorded delivery.
Why do the prices change when I update my country in the shopping cart? VAT rules from July 2021
Due to adjusted regulations within the European Union, we will apply the local VAT rate for many countries from 01-07-2021. Our website is not yet fully optimized for this. The price that the customer has to pay will only be displayed correctly, once the correct destination country has been entered on the checkout page. We are currently working on a solution so that the correct prices are displayed on the website upon arrival. Our basic prices are based on 21% VAT (Dutch rate). From 01-07-2021 we charge a different VAT rate for delivery to the following countries. If your destination country is not listed below, you pay the standard rate (21%):
