New cannabis seed varieties for 2023

Dutch Passion are pleased to announce two new strains for 2023. They were chosen from a particularly strong line-up of candidates and are without doubt some of the finest cannabis genetics introduced by Dutch Passion in recent years!

Auto Forbidden Cherry is a purple/red high THC strain with loud fruit flavours, available in autoflower seeds. She delivers stellar results both outdoors and in greenhouses but also shows the same resilience and durability traits when grown indoors.

Tropical Tangie takes the original Tangie one step further, with mouthwatering citrus terpenes, XL yields and a powerful high which will satisfy the most demanding cannabis grower.

Auto Forbidden Cherry® autoflower seeds

The garden of Eden is just about 10 weeks-away from seed to harvest.

It takes exceptional and unusual qualities for a new autoflower strain to qualify for the Dutch Passion cannabis seed collection. But Auto Forbidden Cherry returned one of the most unusual terpene profiles seen by the team, with high levels of the often-rare terpinolene and ocimene terpenes. These help produce some remarkable and unusual flavours.

It’s a real fruit-fest with an intense old-school dankness, sweetness and pungency. If recent harvests have felt below-par it could be time to try this potent forbidden fruit cocktail, with the taste of autumnal dark forest fruits, limes, cherries & berries. A small joint numbs the mind and delights the senses, the flavours reminding you of a sweet fruit-salad with perhaps a hint of cream.

The epic earthy & dark-fruit taste/aroma is complemented by impressively consistent THC levels around 20%. Indoors she takes around 10 weeks from autoflower seed to harvest, but the fuss-free outdoor performance means that many will prefer to grow her under the sun where she may take a couple of weeks longer to ripen.
