UK. Government Minister starts 'fact finding' tour to decide on future UK drug strategy
Government Minister Jeremy Browne has set off on a worldwide fact-finding mission to understand how the aging UK drugs policy can learn from the experiences of other countries. The new fact finding mission starts in Portugal where drugs were effectively decriminalised 12 years ago, a move which led to a reduction in drug use and drug related crime.
