UK. Former drugs Minister Norman Baker to speak at UK Medical Cannabis meeting
UK. Former Drugs Minister Norman Baker hit the headlines in the UK recently when he resigned following a difficult moment when his call for drug law reforms were blocked by Government colleagues who tried to prevent the publication of a new report critical of the UK's archaic drugs policy. Despite the resignation Normal Baker will be the headline speaker on 12th December (venue to be arranged) at the United Patients Alliance UPA).
This is sure to be a great evening for medical cannabis users. More details will be published on the UPA website when the venue is confirmed. http://www.upalliance.org
